Do you ship Australia-wide?
Absolutely! We ship Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently in the process of setting up international shipping to New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
In the meantime, if you're located within these countries, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we'll assist you.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How long will my order take?
As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 4 weeks for orders plus shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay.
Are your products made in Australia?
Yes! Every My Deer Ivy piece is thoughtfully designed, cut, hand sanded and carefully finished by our team in Melbourne, Australia.
What materials do you use?
Our décor pieces are made from quality FSC timber and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints.
Because timber is a natural material, every piece has its own unique grain, making each item beautifully one of a kind.
Are your products decorative or toys?
Our products are decorative keepsakes and décor items and are not designed or intended to be used as toys.
They are recommended for children aged 4 years and over and should always be displayed out of reach of young children.
Are your paints safe?
Yes. All painted products are finished using non-toxic, water-based paints.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because every piece is handcrafted using natural timber, each one has its own unique wood grain and character.
Small variations in timber grain and paint finish are part of what makes every My Deer Ivy keepsake beautifully one of a kind.
What size are your products?
Product dimensions are listed on each product page to help you choose the perfect piece for your space.
If you're unsure which size will suit your nursery or shelf, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Can I choose different colours?
Yes! Many of our designs are available in a range of colour options.

Can I request a custom design?
We love bringing special ideas to life where possible.
If you have something in mind, please get in touch via our Contact page. While we can't guarantee every request, we're always happy to see if it's something we can create.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely!
Many of our products are purchased as baby shower gifts, birthday gifts and keepsakes.
If you're sending your order directly to the recipient, simply leave your gift message at checkout and we'll happily include it.
Invoices are never included with gift orders.
How should I care for my keepsake?
To keep your piece looking beautiful, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
