FRAMES: All of our products are unique, designed by us and made by hand.
Most orders can be
expected to be created within around 2 to 3 weeks, however, during busy
periods, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.
DELIVERY SERVICE:
Our products are carefully packaged and are delivered to your door by Australia
Post. Standard delivery
times apply for all regions across Australia.
A tracking number
can be provided to track your parcel.
Once your product
has been shipped, My Deer Ivy cannot accept responsibility for loss or any
damage to your parcel that may have occurred during the delivery process.
If you order has
not arrived based on the standard time frames for Australia Post, please
contact the shipping provider and quote your tracking number.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If express shipping is required, please ensure you specify this in your notes.
We will send you an invoice for the additional charges and will ensure that the
item is completed as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
My Deer Ivy do not sell/ship to any country or region outside of Australia.
