Centrepiece Hire Terms and Conditions


Thank you for looking into our centrepiece hire!

We currently stock a range of centerpieces for hire for multiple occasions.

Choose items from beautifully set up designs to help make your function extra special and unique.

Ten (10) table set ups are available.

The unit price of $30 (GST included) is indicative of ONE (1) table set up.

Each table set up can be created from the items listed below.

The following items are currently available:

• Wooden tables numbers 1 to 10
• Card table numbers 1 to 10
• Mason jars with twine
• Mason jars with music notes and twine
• Mismatched tea cups and saucers
• Gold vases
• Large bottles wrapped in fabric colour of choice
• Geometric candle holders
• Glass votives
• Mirror tiles
• Prism Terrariums
• Burlap strips
• Cream coloured, square cloth pieces

The centrepiece hire service is currently only available in Melbourne/Geelong.

A courier fee will be added to transport the items to your location, and it is the responsibility of the customer to return items to My Deer Ivy's specified location in Croydon South, on the first business day after your event.

Note, we unfortunately do not set up the items for you. My Deer Ivy works with a hire and self set-up system.

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and all bookings must be paid in full prior to courier delivery.

We will deliver the items to you, 3 days prior to your event, unless otherwise arranged.

We use PayPal as our payment method as we believe this is a secure payment option available on the internet.

All hire items will require the separate pre-payment of a bond of $300. The bond is refunded upon the safe and timely return of the undamaged item/s.

Please keep the packaging for your hire item and please ensure items are securely packed for safe transport back to My Deer Ivy.

A bond will be forfeited if goods are NOT returned in the same condition as which they were hired to you.

Our products are carefully packaged and are delivered to your location by courier service.

Standard delivery times and fees apply for all regions across Melbourne and Geelong as specified by the courier service.

Once your product has been shipped, My Deer Ivy cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your items that may have occurred during the delivery process.

If your items are damaged on arrival, you must advise My Deer Ivy within 24 hours of delivery. Please email photos of any damage or errors in your delivery. We will endeavour to replace the damaged or faulty items with a secondary design, however, cannot guarantee that the originally requested design will be available.

All of our hire items at My Deer Ivy are beautiful, and colours and embellishments may vary between pieces and by photos.

We cannot be held liable for any differences in appearance due computers/mobiles/brochures etc.

My Deer Ivy may make amendments to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make these changes without notice or consequence.
Any change is effective immediately and will be published on our site.
